What you'll be doing
- The project manager will focus on lending and credit related projects, specifically basel III in the short term to comply with an expanding regulatory environment and required additional reporting. Analyze and interpret basel lll requirements as it relates to AWM specific lending products. Work with lending COO team and credit risk management to obtain product knowledge and to understand business and information flows. Create a business requirements document outlining procedural flows, technology needs and roles and responsibilities. Construct project plan to meet project deadline. Indirectly lead team to accomplish required tasks to meet project deliverables. Monitor policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with the regulatory requirement and keep abreast of new developments. Lead and manage other projects as relate to lending.
What your background should be
- 5-7 years of banking or finance industry experience. General knowledge of lending, banking regulations and related processes. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills. Project management experience in creating business requirement documents, PMP a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). Strong aptitude to learn new concepts & models. Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and contribute to a team environment. Solid interpersonal skills.
