What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the end to end management of the IT component(s) of multiple sized projects overall project portfolio. Responsible for working closely with the project stakeholders to ensure that the project life cycle is managed all the way from the requirement to post implementation. Responsible for communication within the team and with the stakeholders on project status and financials of the project. Work very closely with the product manager, business and development team to ensure all project artifacts are created/managed/maintained supporting the business requirement and cost proposition. Work closely with the release team on the eventual implementation and release documentation for the process.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering/IT. Mentor and develop the skills and experience of more junior staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate both business and technical staff at all levels. Proven skills within the financial services industry, preferably private banking/investment management institutions.
