Project Program Manager

What you'll be doing: Represent digital channels to organizations that are requesting any change to the web sites for postpaid and prepaid. Manage project requests (intake) for digital channels. Facilitate the Pre-WIP lifecycle (intake, business and functional sessions, funding, resourcing) for development requests impacting digital channels. Facilitate cross functional weekly meetings. Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting on overall pipeline activity including number of requests processed, the internal supplier capacity and utilization. Work with business teams on prioritization to ensure the top priority requests are being processed. Provide guidance to business teams on best approach for their request from delivery path to funding. Coordinate with digital channels internal suppliers and IT for resource assignments. Ensure smooth transition to Web PM team. Provide support, and issue resolution on project requests to the digital channels team as needed.

What your background should be: Minimum two years of project management or related process management experience is required. Must work well with others and have fun at the work place. CAPM or similar project management certification. Proficient communication skills (peers to executive management). Experience with Excel; organizational skills; analytical position; e-commerce experience. Understand the power of data and information.
