What you'll be doing
- The PSC primarily supports the project during the installation, commissioning and warranty phases of the project. Issue & coordinate the actions required to resolve non-conformances discovered in the field (fault reports / warranty claims); create WBS elements in SAP as needed to support issuing PO/CO requisitions. Issue purchase order requisitions in support of fault reports/warranty claims or ad hoc if needed by the project manager. Issues and maintains resource requests for field personnel. Gather supporting documentation to prepare billing spreadsheets to expedite time and material (T&M) invoicing to customers. Verify all backup documentation for invoices (or ICC payments) has been provided by vendors and service sub-suppliers prior to PM approving payment. Support invoice routing as needed by PM. Support documentation preparation and upload for handovers to service at PAC and FAC. Works with purchasing and freight forwarders on issuing commercial invoices and coordinating shipments of goods to project sites, both domestically and internationally. Support the PMs with the purchasing and logistics coordination of parts and services to site.
What your background should be
- Perform administrative tasks from time to time in support of project execution, as may be required. 1-2 years of vocation/technical training. Specialized skill training/certification may be required. 8+ years of successful experience in project support.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associates degree.
