What you'll be doing

Property Claims Representatives will responsible for conduct field based investigations by visiting policy holders homes to investigate property damage. Use to claims handling software, a company car, laptop, and digital camera to determine claims related damage and write estimates in a paperless environment. The company is seeking for results-driven, customer service focused individuals.

What your background should be

Must achieve minimum passing scores on all claims training exams. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Enthusiasm to learn about insurance policies and property damage from the inside out to identify how coverage applies to a particular loss. Travel to other geographic regions to offer claims support in the event of a catastrophe. Require valid driver license. Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
