What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will be responsible for examining the complete marketing program, and executing financial tasks including rent collections, invoice payment and analysis of operating statements. The position holder will develop and implement the annual property budget, and arrange annual business plan; setting short-term and long-term objectives to reach the purpose of the business plan. Property Manager will offer good client service to residents, and collect and analyze information on competition, corporations and the economy. Moreover the ideal candidate will hire, train, supervise and motivate the property staff and maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints.
What your background should be
- 2 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
