What you'll be doing
- The person will be responsible for marketing the property to full vacancies, maintain demands, handling emergency situations, inspecting the unit, checking for damages, cleaning the unit, performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition, maintaining accurate records of all community transactions. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing annual budgets and income projection, making sure that all charges are collected and deposited, generating legal action and providing constant vendor communications concerning scheduling; billing, vendor relations and certificates of insurance.
What your background should be
- 2-3 Years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma
