What you'll be doing

Property Manager will be expected to oversee daily operations at organization's luxury apartment communities. It is the duty of the selected candidate to Lead, handle, control and develop community leasing and maintenance teams. The person will supervise the customer experience. She/he will be responsible for ensuring that the property maintenance fulfills company quality standards at all times. The position holder will accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
