What you'll be doing

Specific responsibilities include all aspects of staff management, from recruitment to performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, vendor management, and property inspections. The post holder will also be responsible for budget management and income control, as well as supervising day-to-day community operations, and performing a range of administrative tasks.

What your background should be

3-5 years of experience. ARM, CAM or both.

Required Schooling / Training

High School/GED.
