What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will be expected to supervise local real estate trends and recommend pricing strategy to headquarters management. Property Manager will be responsible for managing the following functions: accounting, marketing, engineering, maintenance, and contracts. She/he will serve as the interface with local government agencies including safety, environmental, and tax. It is the duty of the Property Manager to work with outside suppliers/service providers and to make sure that the terms of contracts are fulfilled. Moreover to supervise, and reconsider performance of staff, is also the important job function for this post.
