What you'll be doing

The candidate will prepare and expense out as per the budget and generate target revenue. Manage all the administrative functions for the property and leases. Plan and work for the quality of living standard for the housing society and work closely with the residents and team members. Collect rent from tenants in timely manner and ensure proper steps have been taken against those who delay the payment. Hiring and supervisor of general admin staff including sanitary and maintenance. Ensure that all the premises is maintained as per company standard including apartments and the grounds.

4 Years of relevant experience

Required Schooling / Training

High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree preferred
