What you'll be doing
- The position is generally liable for reporting to involve receiving and posting of rents, support in maintaining office clerical, filing and record keeping systems. The successful candidate will provide effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues. Property Manager will accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. She/he will maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.

- 2 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
