What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will report directly to General Managers, administer homecare program for The Pines Lodge/Pines Townhomes/Osprey and support with the management of the three homeowner associations. It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to oversee and complete homeowner billing, and help homeowners and guests with questions and concerns while adhering to all VRI standards. This individual will work directly with each board of directors for individual associations. Also the incumbent will assist all departments with the following: PeopleSoft, LMS, HR, HOTSOS, Guest Communication, etc.
What your background should be
- 3 years of hospitality experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
