What you'll be doing
- The position would have the primary responsibility of managing one of company's Class-A commercial properties. This would involve the planning, implementation and overall management of strategies that achieve the goals related to the property. The person will report on performance, budget variances, tenant arrears, tenant retention efforts, significant changes in the market and property conditions in general. The Property Manager will review construction plans for tenant design build outs and maintain contact throughout projects. In addition, this individual will actively administer assets to maximize short-term return-on-equity and increase long-term economic value.

- Bachelor's degree
