What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager is answerable for the effective and efficient management of all government furnished and company acquired assets for assigned program or department consistent with customer requirements, government regulations, and company policies and procedures. The qualified applicant will ensure all property management procedures and associated official records are maintained under the terms of the contract, and that applicable property controls and procedures are applied to all subcontractors, vendors and all customer requirements are achieved. It is the task of the Property Manager to monitor the acquisition, storage, utilizations, transfer, and disposal of property. This individual will support with or conduct training for staff and program property control personnel.
What your background should be
- 8 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in business

- Provides flight operations support, training and mentoring, international development, intelligence training and support, contingency operations, security, and operations and maintenance of land vehicles.
