What you'll be doing
- Property Manager has full duty for performing daily operations to get the financial goals of the company. The duties may involve monitoring annual budget, maintaining building system by contracting for maintenance services. It is the responsibility of the person to secure property and maintain property by investigating and resolving problems of the customers. She/he will accomplish financial goals by paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. Moreover the person will have to perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, processing of forms and documents, scheduling associate work time and processing of all associate forms and documents.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
