What you'll be doing

Property Manager will be chargeable for developing and establishing good relationships with residents, the community and owners. It is the duty of the Property Manager to justify customer service and excellent relations with the resident cooperative, outside agencies and organizations. The ideal candidate will also fulfill organization benchmarks for occupancy, rent collections and timely compliance paperwork. In addition the person is expected to generate annual budget for the property and operate property with in budgeted income and expense guidelines. To direct assistant manager in collections and to supervise the junior staff members is also the essential work of the Property Manager.

2 years of property management experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree

Provides apartment services including single-family houses, multi-family townhomes and a variety of moderate-income apartment properties.
