What you'll be doing

Provide psychological service to patients with traditional mental health problem and those with chronic disease state in an integrated family medicine setting. Provide integrated behavioral health service to patients served by a family practice center and to local patients. Provide consultation to medical faculty regarding behavioral health issue impacting patient care. Maintain electronic medical record; such as pre certification report, initial and follow up contact, clinical summary and psychological screening and report. Maintain documentation and data reporting practice; such as time sheet and provide other such documentation/report as assigned.

What your background should be

A minimum of two (2) years full time clinical experience in clinical psychology or health psychology preferred. Experience in primary care psychology or consulting with multidisciplinary teams of allied health care professionals. All appropriate licenses and certifications to provide clinical services. BLS HCP from AHA required. General clinic environment with limited exposure to pathogens, blood and body fluids. Environment is climate controlled with occasional exposure to inclement weather.

Required Schooling / Training

Doctoral and masters degree in psychology required.
