What you'll be doing
- The advisory financial management team possesses knowledge of core operating environments of finance functions for a wide range of companies start-ups through large multi-international organizations. Review work products to ensure technical accuracy, deliverable quality, and overall value to client. Perform analysis of business processes and internal controls to identify risks. Test controls related to OMB A-123 and FIAR compliance. Execute an audit/work program. Document work completed by preparing work papers. Provide suggestions to management leaders and external clients to improve client internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial statements. Maintain relationships and communicate with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions. Prepare presentations and briefings, and actively participate in client meetings and day-to-day interactions. Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.
What your background should be
- Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success in advising global organizations on improving efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting, which includes the following: process improvement in, industry knowledge, and applications of at least one of the following focus areas: shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management. Business intelligence and performance management software tools.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration. Master degree in accounting.
