What you'll be doing

The candidate will assist in the continued development of a goal oriented, safe, productive and quality conscious work environment. Communicate with team and support departments as needed to ensure group or quality goals are met. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures; interacting or coordinating with cross functional departments. Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Understand bills of material and engineering drawings. Participate in and complete project work. Other responsibilities will include working with engineering to prioritize and contain issues, analyzing FPY data and working on project teams.

What your background should be

The individual will be required to perform electrical engineering audits as well as root cause analysis on issues that impact the output quality of the engineering team. In this role the candidate should be able to identify and dive deep into issues as required to isolate the root cause. The individual will also be required to suggest solutions or implement corrective actions. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and bills of material. Must be computer proficient and literate in all required systems. Experience in AMAPS or CT01, QMS, order editor, AutoCAD, Access databases and Excel preferred.
