What you'll be doing
- Perform pre test inspection according to job drawing, data sheet, procedure, quality workmanship standard and document discrepancy if any were detected. Responsible for photographing job just before shipment as part of final inspection and also checking job to be shipped against itemized build of material requirement from oracle query. Perform sub assembly inspection and test according to drawing and set procedure. Responsible to ensure punch list items are cleared. Responsible for job ship short report. Perform final inspection according to job drawing, data sheet, procedure, quality and workmanship standard and document discrepancies if any were detected.
What your background should be
- Two years related manufacturing experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; inspection criteria; and understanding material specifications and requirements. Experience in use and calibration of inspection and measuring equipment. Good computer skills. Oral and written communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED required.
