What you'll be doing

The QA Manager / Director will: - Co-work with the project managers in order to define QA timeline, methodology and budget. - Lead offshore and onsite QA resources.

What your background should be

The QA Manager / Director position requires the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in complete delivery of the Testing solutions through managing budget and scope of the projects. - 15 or more years of Quality Assurance experience. - Experience in TOAD, SQL Server, TFS, etc. - Previous experience in Development, Design, Testing, Implementation of CRM, e-Commerce, etc across various Platforms. - Experience in building Quality Assurance organizations at various customers.

Bachelors Degree
