What you'll be doing

The organization is currently looking for a Q&A specialist and O&M coordinator. The Q&A specialist/O&M coordinator is responsible for ensuring system availability and continuity of data. This individual will serve as the O&M teams primary point of contact for resolving system and user related issues. The individual will provide support by coordinating with enterprise service desk (ESD), Tier 3 system engineers, and customers throughout the IC. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating efforts and resources during system outages. An active TS/SCI +Poly is required. Ensure application stability, performing daily system checks, and support patches installed, upgrades conducted, installations, configurations as required. Manage and update all O&M processes and associated documentation.

What your background should be

3+ years of IT related experience is required. Strong understanding analytic and geospatial tools. In depth familiarity with DIA applications and Windows and Unix operating systems. Familiar with the use and application of public key infrastructure (PKI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of DIAs analytic software applications. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires the individual to simultaneously manage several tasks.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree.
