What you'll be doing
- The microbiology quality analyst will perform routine water sampling, disburden, and end toxin testing in support of protein drug development. The candidate will perform environmental monitoring- prep buffer and media solutions s/he will perform raw materials release testing for GMP manufacturing. S/he will also perform basic analytical testing for raw materials such as but not limited to assay determination (titration, HPLC, etc), ph, Osmolality, conductivity, optical absorption, and cell growth QC analyst. Perform other duties as assigned by management if required.
What your background should be
- Three years of experience in related field is required. Experience in QC microbiology lab environment and familiarity with GMP. Any marketing/sales presentation type experience is a major plus. Must have good communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- BS degree in biology/microbiology/biochemistry.
