What you'll be doing

Review regulations to develop an understanding of requirements of different funders. Responsible for assisting in compliance with all funding sources. Assist with verifying daily hours clients attend program of services received. Assist with reviewing daily check lists, monthly case notes or other forms of service documentation. Review all ISPs to ensure they meet the funders requirements. Assist with obtaining documents necessary for billing and tracking when they expire. Enter data in software applications for client tracking and billing. Review case records to determine compliance with different funders/regulators requirements. Document results of review using software applications such as Excel, Precision Care, etc. Make client folders for new starts. Staff training as necessary.

What your background should be

At least 2 years experience with Intellectual Disabilities required. Prior auditing/ compliance experience strongly preferred. MUST be detail oriented and accurate in a highly consistent manner. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS EXCEL, MS Outlook, and Internet.
