What you'll be doing
- The Quality Assurance Technician will be required to assist in conducting product quality audits as well as ensure all food products are provided in accordance with the food safety standards. Basic duties and responsibilities may include: - Audits documentation of the results of the food tests. - Provide help with the testing of food products in order to ensure solid compliance with the regulations and the standards within the industry. - Help with the preparation of the product cutting. - Clean and sterilize all equipment used in the lab before as well as after the use. - Track non-conforming product and their dispositions. - Verify equipment calibration and perform all required adjustments
What your background should be
- The Quality Assurance Technician role requirements: - Basic computer skills are a must. - From two years of previous experience in Quality Assurance field. - Proficient knowledge of food and related safety regulations.
