What you'll be doing

This position is responsible to interact with all levels of the organization for purposes of sourcing and recruiting corporate employees. The primary functions of this role will include networking and sourcing, interviewing and successfully matching professional candidates to outlined profiles and fulfilling client orders for permanent positions. Develop strategy for filling open requisitions, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, selecting and reference checking candidates for exempt positions. S/he will responsible for sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, internet postings on campus recruiting, and employee referrals. Review and evaluate resumes to select appropriate slate of candidates for personal interviews. Interview and select qualified candidates based on job description criteria. Present top candidates to hiring manager. Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants and hiring managers regarding strengths and development needs of candidates. Assist in determining appropriate compensation using corporate guidelines; present recommendations to managers and supervisors and extend offers of employment.

What your background should be

Minimum 3+ years of related experience required. A mix of corporate and search firm/agency experience preferred. IT and technical recruiting experience required. Previous experience managing the recruiting process using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and Taleo used internally. Thorough knowledge of employment law, EEO, and affirmative action required.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS or equivalent required.
