What your background should be

Applicant should have 2 to 3 years of experience and basic knowledge of recruiting qualified and quality staff to fill job openings. Human resources, career development and training, or business or equivalent experience is preferred. Applicants should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task; strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and commitment to the company mission and cause. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience in working with regulatory agencies such as TDFPS childcare and TDSHS youth camp licensing.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree is required.
