What you'll be doing
- Our Healthcare Group is calling for a Referral Authorization Specialist to render medical services in our department located in Spokane, Washington. We are searching for a detail oriented and responsible individual, who will be capable to direct and control all the external and internal referral processes. This is a full time position and it requires an incumbent to: - Provide explanations regarding various referral policies. - Co-work with the referral providers, support personnel and insurance companies patient accounts. - Take an active part in the practice
What your background should be
- The Referral Authorization Specialist position required qualifications: - Two + years of previous experience in a physician group practice. - High School Diploma. - Skills in making / receiving referrals for a wide range of services. - Completion of coursework within the healthcare or business area.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma.
