What you'll be doing
- Provide timely and quality repair of customer product. Maintain high quality customer service and care. Promoting and selling additional product and service. Meet key performance metric and productivity goal. Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service. Looking for way to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience. Communicate benefit of the value added services process to the customer. Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guideline and standard. Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck in home application service. Perform all other assigned task as required.
What your background should be
- One to two years of appliance maintenance or repair technician experience preferred. Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tool and test equipment. Ability to perform accurate repair of customer product. Must complete all technician training elements within required timeframe. Ability to follow direction and specific process step to ensure quality workmanship. Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime. Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering. Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. CFC certification is required.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or general education degree
