What you'll be doing

As a Regional Director, you will: - Manage field sales operations in order to meet annual sales goals. - Manage the District Sales Managers within the Northeast sales to meet regional goals. - Develop as well as update area business plan as per requirements. - Provide assistance with the regional alignment as well as make plans for the future expansion. - Administer company policies, including Annual Performance Appraisals as all the other responsibilities. - Regularly collaborate with the Sales Representatives providing them with feedbacks. - Liaise between the home office personnel and field sales activities. - Identify associates competencies and high performers for success in career opportunities and professional development.

What your background should be

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors Degree.
