Regional Mail Manager

What you'll be doing: Manages the department daily production to ensure that all established and planned processing deadlines and service level commitments are met. Participates in and oversees the training and development of existing staff. Conducts regular performance discussion and has direct hire/fire responsibility. Responsible for operating and workflow procedures used by the group. Resolves escalated production environment issues. Resolves subordinate complaints. Will participate in daily production as needed. Handles day to day quality control for assigned area. Responsible for the tactical execution of all change plans applicable to group. Review the work of staff for adherence to applicable policies and procedures.

What your background should be: Requires 5+ years of related production experience. Requires 2+ years of previous supervisory experience.
