What you'll be doing
- The Regional Managing Director, who will be taken for this position, will be responsible for ground handling operations including ramp services, ground support equipment, passenger services for the American Airlines, Envoy Regional Carriers and many other locations that may include the other ground handling contracts. The Regional Managing Director will also render reliable and seamless services for the clients and their bags; ensure stations operate in accordance with FAA, EPA, DOT, ASHA and many other regulations; ensure quality ground handling services to attract AA as well as the other airline handling business.
What your background should be
- In the Regional Managing Director position, the incumbent will be required to have solid communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Besides, the Regional Managing Director must meet the following requirements: - From five years of previous operational experience as a General Manager. - Prior experience in managing and negotiating vendor relationships. - College Degree is a must have. - Ability to read, write, fluently speak as well as understand English. - Extensive work experience building effective and constructive relationships with the external and internal clients. - Legal right to work in the USA. - Excellent leadership skills. - Ability to secure appropriate airport authority or / and USA Customs security badges. - Fulfill FAA criminal background checks.
