- The Regional Medical Director will be required to develop a profitable business centre through generating recruiting programs, developing business plans and meeting production objectives. The incumbent will also provide strategic direction and oversight for the producers and business centre management in order to ensure 100% achievement of specific goals in business conduct, and retention of producers, persistency, production and expense management according to the key objectives of the company and business centre.
