What you'll be doing

Collaborates with branch, region and division management to ensure strategies for associate recruitment are developed in consideration of market needs and trends and effectively implemented in branches. Drives recruitment efforts in the branches, ensuring that branch activities for recruiting are planned, measured and followed up. Provides customer support for major clients including activities such as reviewing RFPs for operational requirements, assisting with new implementations, improvement of service delivery, etc. Develops effective and efficient processes to ensure major clients needs are met and their contract requirements fulfilled. Collaborates with the branch and regional management to define and conduct quality and compliance related training as needed. Participates in the training of all new branch managers in standard operating procedures, control procedures, A/R management and HR policies. Ensures the effective training of staffing consultants/recruiters on standard operating procedures, processes and quality customer service delivery. Plans new hire training schedules and hands-on follow-up training in skill marketing, recruiting, order fulfillment, payroll security and procedures, workers compensation and unemployment claims control, etc. Documents colleague training as required and offer career development plan recommendations to region and division for office colleagues. Reviews branch results of quarterly performance reviews (QPR) with quality auditor (QA). Reviews results of satisfaction surveys and other client feedback with branch staff. Works with branch managers and staff to create effective action plans for improvements. Coaches and train staff in action plan areas as needed and follow up to ensure action plans are implemented. Conducts at a minimum, two annual visits to each office to observe operational activities, completing a quarterly coaching visit record and conducting in-person coaching. In alternating quarters, delivers remote coaching and training as guided by QA conducted assessment of areas for operational improvement as noted on the QAs quarterly coaching visit record. Conducts a minimum of one QPR per quarter.

What your background should be

A minimum of three to five years experience in a company office or on-site. Supervisory/management experience preferred. Working knowledge of CM. Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required. Proficient in MS Office and Windows.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
