What you'll be doing

What your background should be

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a regional property manager/RVP and third party client experience is required. Institutional experience is highly preferred. Must be able to conduct a thorough analysis of a subject property to include assessing the value of an asset. Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio. Must possess strong excel and general computer skills. Property management specific software experience of some kind required. Must have strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent service/assess to owners/officers, etc. Must possess extremely strong communications skills; both written and verbal. Must have demonstrated conflict resolutions skills. Must have high sense of urgency in completing all tasks, while maintaining a strong detail orientation.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree required, graduate degree desired.
