What you'll be doing
- The incumbent is responsible for the daily supervision of unity lab services personnel, enabling the team to deliver consistently excellent service to customer. The candidate is responsible for meeting the goal and objective of the customer location as determined by customer requirement. Ensure customer need are met and high quality service is delivered through a variety of mean, including staff meeting or exceeding service level and through monitoring of the performance, productivity, attendance record and measuring and reporting on performance metric. Review and expedite backorder reports to prevent stock-out situation. Work with inventory planner to evaluate usage trend report and adjust inventory level, as necessary.

- Require working experience in relevant field. Inventory or order management experience. Experience in regulated industry. Supervisory and people management experience. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills. Customer centric orientation. Advanced written and communication skills. Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
