What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently looking for a registered nurse. This position is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, coordinating, providing, and evaluating total nursing care for patients based on current standards of practice/standards of care as appropriate to meet patient needs. Take into consideration the patients age, cultural, or religious needs. Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other health team members. Understand the needs of the organization, and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
What your background should be
- Current licensure as a registered nurse by the North Carolina board of nursing. BCLS certification required. ACLS, certification required for ICU, PCU, emergency department, recovery room, GI lab, same day surgery. PALS certification is required for emergency department, recovery room; NRP certification is required for women & infants. Current clinical experience in assigned areas preferred.
