What you'll be doing
- The registered nurse will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Registered nurse will also develop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Registered nurse also communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Registered nurse will participate in discharge planning process. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
What your background should be
- Nursing diploma program as a registered nurse/rn must be needed. Current state licensure as registered nurse/rn. Bcls certification is also needed and acls is preferred. Current state licensure as registered nurse/rn is needed.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor of science in nursing as registered nurse or associate degree.
