What you'll be doing
- This position will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to client, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. To help people of all age have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Making home visit to client in designated geographic territory performing assigned duty, including administration of medication, wound care, treatment and procedure monitoring client condition reporting change to clinical or client service manager following up with, executing and properly documenting doctor order performing client assessment as necessary case management and coordination. Demonstrated to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Manage to work independently and manage time effectively.
What your background should be
- Current license as a registered nurse in Massachusetts. 1 year of previous home care experience 1 year of recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Excellent computer skill. Prior experience with electronic medical specially designed career track is required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
