What you'll be doing

Advantage referral and other lead generation technique to identify new prospect and cross-selling opportunity with current client. Conduct discussion with prospect to understand background and identify need; clearly communicate potential solution. Maintain a working knowledge of the complete line of product and service offered; taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development need. Perform servicing duties: greet customer and prospect in the lobby and on the phone, research customer inquiries, orders check and debit card, return phone call, accept and forward wire and other customer originated servicing need with the intent of enhancing customer retention and exploring additional sale opportunity.

What your background should be

At least six months of sale or customer service experience. Require successful registration with and issuance of a unique identification number from the nationwide mortgage licensing system in compliance with the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008. Understand how to present feature and benefit of product and service to customer with differing need. Self-motivated, assertive, perform well in a competitive sale environment. Ability to learn product, service, and procedure quickly and accurately; explain concept clearly to customer. Understand how to interpret number, trend, and data to make effective decision.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma GED required.
