What you'll be doing

As an Area Manager, the person will lead/administer the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants within a defined region. Restaurant Area Manager will be expected to execute all policies, procedures, programs and systems while promoting ethical business practices and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws for each restaurant in their assigned region. It is the task of the Restaurant Area Manager to coordinate activities including record-keeping, collections and payables, purchasing, talent acquisition, staff management and will support in developing marketing initiatives and facilitating a new store opening.

What your background should be

5 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

4 year college degree
