The position is responsible for leading the overall operations of the company, including recruitment, training, management and budget compliance. Coach restaurant manager to effectively manager labor costs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, federal and state laws. Review guest feedback and engage the team in developing action plans to improve the guest experience. Provide ongoing feedback to managers and teams though frequent communication. Recognize achievements and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Ensure maximum restaurant profitability through excellent guest service, crew development, food safety and restaurant cleanliness.
What your background should be
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience with multi-unit supervisory experience preferred. Strong supervisory and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

High School or equivalent
