What you'll be doing

The position holder will be is expected to be a leader and help direct his or her team toward achieving excellence in restaurant operations and customer service in this fast paced envoirnment. The position will be responsible forfor interviewing, hiring and firing employees. The position holder will coordinate activities between the kitchen and dining room to ensure a restaurant's service is efficient and smooth. The position will take on the role of mediator and to resolve employees conflicts.The position must have experience in scheduling and training, cash management, inventory control etc.And must make a direct impact on the business by increasing sales and profitably by providing excellent customer service.

What your background should be

1 year of related experience

Required Schooling / Training

High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred or equivalent experience
