What you'll be doing

The restaurant general manager (RGM) finding, hiring and developing team members and shift leads, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire. Also responsible for scheduling and deploying the team correctly, addressing performance issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Ensuring the entire restaurant team is properly trained and developed. Interacting well with customers, companies management and the restaurant team. Resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Making sure your team understands and acts on business priorities. The restaurant general manager (RGM) is responsible for the people, business and overall operations of the restaurant. Build and inspire team, creating an environment where customers love to visit.

What your background should be

At least 3 years of general manager food service experience. Fast food experience is a preferred. Maniacal passion for executing great guest service. Demonstrated track record of success. Reliable private transportation. Valid driving license. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to work a varied schedule, including late nights and weekends.
