What you'll be doing

The Restaurant Manager will be answerable for the effective overall operation of The Terrace Club. Specific responsibilities involve: supervise guest relations and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, oversee; implements and maintain a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members. The ideal candidate will coordinate and develop menus and wine lists within designated cost parameters. It is the accountability of the Restaurant Manager to participate in event operations and private parties to assure quality and consistency. In addition, she/he will oversee meetings updating staff on daily goals and objectives.
