What you'll be doing

Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring each Guest receives Perfect Food, Exceptional Beverages, and Haute Service. It is the duty of the position holder to hire Team Members who have the passion and ability to deliver our Service Mantra. The incumbent will arrange, supervise and follow up on training programs involving Servers, Hosts, and Bussers. The person will follow correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops. This individual will also conduct pre-shift meetings with both FOH and BOH Team Members on every shift. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will ensure the restaurant is spotlessly clean, safe & sanitary at all times.

What your background should be

3 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
