What you'll be doing
- Is responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve guest satisfaction in the areas of server attentiveness and table cleanliness. She/he will maintain the company's standards of products, services and quality. It is the task of the restaurant Manager to create an atmosphere that ensures guests to feel welcome and wish to return. The Restaurant Manager will be expected for seeking out and using service related guest feedback and taking appropriate action to continually improve the level of service, drive overall guest satisfaction, maximize return visit and minimize guest issues or problems.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience

- Bachelor's degree
