- Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include supervising the overall operations of the restaurant and in building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to our guests. As a Restaurant Manager, this individual will recruit, select, train and develop restaurant workers. It is the chargeability of the Restaurant Manager to utilize management information tools to examine restaurant operation and financial performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety. Moreover, the Restaurant Manager will serve as a strong role model who motivate and inspire employees.
