The Restaurant Manager will be accountable for the efficient and profitable operations of the venue, and the direct supervision of staff members. It is the responsibility of the successful candidate to make sure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, training, and safety practices. The incumbent will guaranty our high standards of performance are maintained. The position holder will involve to develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate and hourly staff members. The qualified Restaurant Manager will support in the daily operations for branded concepts in a multi-unit environment. This individual will promote and execute standards of quality and performance in all departments, in all phases of the operation by examining and preparing various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions. Furthermore, she/he will utilize data to develop more efficient procedures.
